Cheese and Garlic Bread

This is a DELISH recipe (and easy too) and can be served any time of day (although, I would probably think twice about having it in the morning). It’s great with a braai or just an everyday meal. Just watch out for the morning after Garlic breath – don’t say I didn’t warn you!! šŸ™‚


  • 500g Self Raising Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 125g Cheese
  • 3 Cloves / 3 Teaspoons of Garlic
  • 1 Packet of WHITE Onion Soup
  • 1 Teaspoon of Thyme


  • Preheat the oven to 180.
  • Mix all the ingredients together EXCEPT the cheese.
  • Place in a greased baking tin and sprinkle the cheese over the mixture.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
