This is a DELISH recipe (and easy too) and can be served any time of day (although, I would probably think twice about having it in the morning). It’s great with a braai or just an everyday meal. Just watch out for the morning after Garlic breath – don’t say I didn’t warn you!! 🙂
- 500g Self Raising Flour
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 125g Cheese
- 3 Cloves / 3 Teaspoons of Garlic
- 1 Packet of WHITE Onion Soup
- 1 Teaspoon of Thyme
- Preheat the oven to 180.
- Mix all the ingredients together EXCEPT the cheese.
- Place in a greased baking tin and sprinkle the cheese over the mixture.
- Bake for 1 hour.
