Mexican Chilli { Chilli Con Carne }

A recipe great for those cold nights and those short on time. This dish have your entire family’s tummies nice and full and warm!


  • 1 kg Mince
  • 2 Onions
  • Dollop Garlic
  • 1 Tin Tomatoes
  • 1 Tin Tomato Purée
  • 2 Tablespoons Thyme
  • 2 Tablespoons Marjoram
  • 1 Tablespoon Oregano
  • 2 Chilli Stock Cubes
  • Fresh Chilli
  • 2 Tins Kidney Beans


  • Brown the mince, onions and garlic in some oil
  • Add the tin tomatoes, tin purée, thyme, marjoram, oregano, stock cubes and fresh chill and mix
  • Cook for approximately 30 minutes
  • Add 2 tins of kidney beans
  • Cook another 30 minutes
  • Serve with rice
