A recipe great for those cold nights and those short on time. This dish have your entire family’s tummies nice and full and warm!
Ingredients
- 1 kg Mince
- 2 Onions
- Dollop Garlic
- 1 Tin Tomatoes
- 1 Tin Tomato Purée
- 2 Tablespoons Thyme
- 2 Tablespoons Marjoram
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano
- 2 Chilli Stock Cubes
- Fresh Chilli
- 2 Tins Kidney Beans
Process
- Brown the mince, onions and garlic in some oil
- Add the tin tomatoes, tin purée, thyme, marjoram, oregano, stock cubes and fresh chill and mix
- Cook for approximately 30 minutes
- Add 2 tins of kidney beans
- Cook another 30 minutes
- Serve with rice
