“A healthy outside starts from the inside.”

Ingredients
- 500g Green Beans, topped and tailed
- 200g Onions, thinly sliced
- 500g Potatoes, peeled and diced
- 10ml Olive Oil
- 500ml Vegetable Stock
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
Instructions
- Steam the potatoes till they are cooked but still firm.
- In a large saucepan heat the oil, then braise the sliced onions till translucent. Add seasoning.
- Add the green beans and stir till well mixed well; reduce the heat to med heat.
- When the green beans are soft add the stock, and the steamed potatoes, as well as the cinnamon stick.
- Season to taste if needed.
