I have recently started a program with an old friend of mine in Business Coaching. We only started about 2 weeks ago and it has been an interesting learning experience so far. So far, I have learnt how little I actually know and how much I can STILL LEARN that can improve so much about my business for both my personal life as well as my team members.
One of my first pieces of homework was to read a book all about Business Coaching. I managed to read about 160 pages of the book last night and it really was SO interesting and would like to really recommend this book to anyone who is starting a business or just running a business and wants to learn more about learning what can make a difference financially in their business.

So many of us spend so much time working late hours and working as hard as possible that we forget to work “ON our businesses”. This book covers a lot of it and I think it’s an incredibly good read for all business owners.
