A former speech therapist, Linda realised that opening her very own patisserie would be the perfect outlet for her passion of beautiful food and baking. Inspired by beauty and all things French, Linda decided on the name Belle’s Patisserie, meaning beautiful confectionary. Belle’s Patisserie quickly grew into a sensation after it moved from Linda’s kitchen to her beautiful store, and has won numerous awards including best cupcake in Johannesburg.
