When you have small children, a thermometer is very handy when one of the children is ill. I personally think that the fore head thermos readings are more accurate.
You can not under any circumstances take chances when it comes to babies and fever. I need this cause my little one never sits still long enough for me to get a proper reading but with the forehead thermometer , that problem should be nipped in the bud.
As a new parent, it is important to have all the necessary tools to ascertain that my child is healthy. Hence i need this.
I personally think that the Braun products are best. Have tried a few others, but they are not nearly as good.

I have a 5 month old and toddler. They always get sick at the same time and trying to check their temps with a old fashioned thermometer is a mission. It will make my life so much easier if I had a no touch Forehead thermometer. 🙂
I have one of those children who is happy go lucky even when sick, so it’s very hard for me to tell when he is running a temperature or just warm from running around. So having this type of thermometer would be a great help and I am a cautious mom so better to be safe with Braun than sorry.

I have struggled enough with the normal thermometer which you place under armpit and then I went and bought the one you place in ear which keeps giving me an incorrect reading. the doctors always use the forehead one with my daughter and I am amazed at how well and fast it works, instead of traumatising my poor child it is quick and easy and there is never tears…. really need one of these in my first aid kit 🙂
