Disney on Ice Tickets Up for Grabs for the Ice Station, Grand West

The ice skating spectacular Disney On Ice celebrates100 Years of Magic will soon be in the Mother City and tickets are up for grabs at Cape Town’s ice rink, The Ice Station at the GrandWest Casino and Entertainment World in GoodWood during the school holidays.

Every Monday and Thursday during the 10h00 – 12h30 sessions between 30 June and 17 July, one family of four will win a set of tickets during each session to watch 65 of their favourite Disney characters come to life on ice at one of the matinee shows on 24 and 25 July at the Grand Arena, GrandWest.

All you have to do is dress up as your favourite Disney character, get down to the Ice Station on any Monday and Thursday and be seen in your outfit on the ice. The winner will be announced just before the close of each session.

About the Ice Station

The Ice Station is Cape Town’s only Olympic sized ice skating rink. It’s home to Western Province Ice Skating, WP Ice Hockey , Junior Blades and Black Panthers ice skating clubs. There are public sessions throughout the day and the week as well as private coaches to assist you on an hourly basis. We host children’s birthday parties, corporate events, educational school tours, and in 2010 we hosted the World Ice Hockey Champs. I am the Ice Station’s PR Manager.
