SUPER EASY PEASY recipe that even I CAN MAKE (which says a LOT, I might add!)
- 500g Apricot Nectars
- 1 packet Mushroom Soup
- Chicken Pieces
- Preheat oven to 180˚.
- Roll chicken pieces in mushroom powder.
- Places in a casserole dish.
- Pour over apricot nectar and springle remaining soup powder over the chicken pieces.
- Cover and bake for 1.5 – 2 hours.
Serve with rice and veges / salad!
