Apricot Chicken

SUPER EASY PEASY recipe that even I CAN MAKE (which says a LOT, I might add!)


  • 500g Apricot Nectars
  • 1 packet Mushroom Soup
  • Chicken Pieces


  • Preheat oven to 180˚.
  • Roll chicken pieces in mushroom powder.
  • Places in a casserole dish.
  • Pour over apricot nectar and springle remaining soup powder over the chicken pieces.
  • Cover and bake for 1.5 – 2 hours.

Serve with rice and veges / salad!
